Coverage Details:

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for the following parts:

  • Armatures and Field Coils for Electric Power Tools
  • Motors for Cordless Power Tools

Claim Process:

Should you encounter any issues covered by our warranty within 6 months of purchasing a product, simply fill out our Warranty Registration Form here. Our team will promptly verify your product's eligibility under our warranty policy.

What to Expect:

Upon verification, the customer will be required to have their purchase checked at a nearby tool shop. Upon inspection, if the problem is with a part covered under warranty, we will send you the replacement part at no cost. If the issue involves a part not covered under warranty, you can still obtain it from us, but there will be a cost associated with it. We stock spares for all our products to ensure you can always find what you need.

Exclusions:

Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or any issues arising after the 6-month purchase period.

Beyond Warranty Coverage:

Even if your product isn't eligible for warranty, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you in fixing or replacing your product, although costs may apply in such cases.
