About this tool

The TOMAHAWK® TCS-401 is a compact 20V cordless mini chainsaw for pruning branches, cutting firewood and light timber work at home, in the garden and on the farm. A 100% copper motor drives the 1/4 inch pitch chain (28 drive links, 14 teeth) at up to 8500 RPM on a 4 inch guide bar, for smooth, accurate cuts with little effort.

It runs quietly enough for a residential lane and weighs just 1.12 kg with the battery, so it is easy to hold with one hand. A chain guard and an LED work light make it safer to use and store. Two 20V 1.5Ah batteries are supplied, so one charges while the other works, and a spare chain is in the box.
